We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team for a long-term project. As a Salesforce Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and managing various Salesforce functionalities. Your responsibilities will include working with Salesforce Flow, managing queues, configuring user roles and permissions, integrating Salesforce with external systems, making changes to Salesforce objects, and developing Apex code. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and collaboration abilities are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce, along with expertise in the mentioned areas. Salesforce certification is preferred but not mandatory. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our project.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Flow to design, configure, and manage processes.
  • Proficiency in queue management within Salesforce, ensuring efficient task routing and prioritization.
  • Strong skills in managing user roles and permissions in Salesforce to ensure proper access and security.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as Stripe, corporate websites, Action server, IHF (Internal Helpdesk System), and multisite environments.
  • Ability to make changes to Salesforce objects including fields, layouts, and relationships.
  • Proficiency in Apex code development, with the ability to write, debug, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with team members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic project environment.
  • English speaking B1+ or above.
